Bukhara branch of TIIAME participated in the traditional Uzbek-Russian educational forum

The third inter-regional conference of rectors of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Russia was held in Bukhara. The main goal of the international forum is to train qualified personnel in modern areas and specialties between Uzbekistan and Russia, as well as to bring cooperation in scientific research to a new level.

The inter-regional conference was attended by high-ranking government officials of the two countries and the rectors of more than 80 prestigious universities. Among them were Abdujabbor Abduvakhidov, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Anton Rybakov, Deputy Head of the Russian President's Department for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Abdukodir Tashkulov, Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Dmitry Afanasyev, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

The conference resulted in the signing of memorandums and agreements on cooperation between the leading universities of the two countries. Shavkat Jakhonovich Imamov, Director of Bukhara branch of TIIAME, took part in the conference. The Bukhara branch of TIIAME signed memorandums with a number of agricultural universities of the Russian Federation and agreed with a number of officials to implement continuous and joint training programs.
