Winner of "Leaders of the Future" competition

The statement of the phrase "Leaders of the Future " on June 30, 2021, by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev Miromonovich at the festive event dedicated to the Youth Day in our country, once again gave confidence and responsibility to youth. According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 13, 2021 "On additional measures for comprehensive support of youth and further increase their social activity" No PF-6260, In order to attract interest to the civil service and to form a new generation of personnel, there was set a task to establish a "Leaders of the Future" club under the auspices of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. A total of 6,246 candidates applied for the first qualifying round across the country, of which 2,796 candidates were able move to the second round.

The test was organized by the Tashkent branch of the Agency for Civil Service Development under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Tashkent State University of Economics with live online coverage. The essay writing stage was conducted by the Tashkent branch of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of Uzbek Language and Literature.
In the third and fourth rounds, the scores were scored on a 100-point scale, and the 50 candidates with the highest scores were admitted to the club.

Akmaljon Azamat oglu Berdimurodov, a basic doctoral student of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, was also admitted to the Tashkent club "Leaders of the Future ", which is under the attention of the head of state and government agencies. The club also has special opportunities for doctoral students and conducts educational and methodological activities.

Comprehensive preparation, training and retraining of young people admitted to the civil service, formation of a reserve of leadership and management positions of local authorities from high-achieving club members, study, analysis and elimination of problems related to young civil servants implementation of analytical and organizational measures to promote gender equality in the civil service.
