At the core of the ongoing reforms in our country, we always pay great attention to women. A vivid example of the wide opportunities available to women by the state is the establishment of the Zulfia State Prize, doubling grants for girls to enter higher education institutions at the Address of the President, and four recently appointed female governors in our Republic. The Republican Festival of Leadership was held to support the talents of women, to promote gender equality in the society, to promote a deeper understanding of women's rights, obligations and responsibilities, to support young women in their respective fields.

The festival was attended by over 200 selected young women from various educational institutions, who are exemplary leaders and women in the Republic. Of the 31 participants registered at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers, one of the fourth-year students of the Faculty of Land Management Norboeva Dilshoda Gairat kyzy presented her project and received a certificate. Leaders of the Organizing Committee noted that the measures taken to support the youth in our institute are positive and exemplary. The gratitude was expressed to the administration of the Institute.
