Elections are not favors, but a test
On October 4, 2019, a spiritual and educational event on the topic “December 22, 2019 - the Day of Election of Deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and deputies to local kengashes” took place in the Karshi branch of TIIAME. The event was organized in the form of an open dialogue with students. The event was held by Deputy Director for Science and Innovation H.A.Ravshanov. The event was attended by the director of the Karshi branch of the TIIAME Z.M.Mukimov, the deputy director for educational work Sh.R.Ubaidullaev, the deputy director for scientific work and innovations H.A.Ravshanov, the dean of the faculty of agricultural mechanization U.I.Kodirov, the head of the department of youth affairs, spirituality and education, B.B.Ruzikulov, the head of the department of quality control of education O.Zh.Primov, curators of 15 academic groups and 254 students.
The event was opened by the director of the Karshi branch of TIIAME Zarip Majlisovich Mukimov. Guests of the event made the following reports: a member of the Karshi district electoral commission in the Karshi Gairat Zhumaevich Ergashev with a report “Place and role of the observer in the elections and authorized representatives”, Kahramon Abdievich Makhmanazarov, a chairman of the electoral district “Uzbekistan” No.29 of the city of Karshi, made a report on “Freedom of choice is an element of democracy ”, Charos Khusanovna Temirova, head of the Department of History of Uzbekistan at the Karshi branch of TIIAME, with a report“ Elections are a mirror of democracy ”.
