Constitution is the guarantor of independence

Each nation has its own state symbols: national emblem, flag, and anthem. State symbols are sacred symbols of the sovereignty and independence of the state, they personify honor and glory, historical memory and the good aspirations of our people, strengthen the sense of pride. It is well know that in developed countries the standard of living of a person determined by legal criteria. The Constitution is a normative legal act of the highest legal force of a state, fixing the foundations of the political, economic and legal systems of a given state or community, the foundations of the legal status of a state and an individual, their rights and obligations. In connection with the 27th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a large spiritual and educational event organized at TIIAME. Leading academics and faculty of the institute took part in it. At the beginning of the event, the national anthem of our Republic sounded. Then the rector of the institute, Professor Uktam Pardaevich Umurzakov congratulated all the guests present on the great holiday.

Professor, Doctor of Law, Tashkent State Law Institute Khaydarali Melievich Mukhamedov made a substantive report on the history and significance of the Constitution. This historical document by its humanistic and democratic nature fully reflects the vision, civic duty, responsibility and commitment of our people. Only in a rule of law state is a democratic order achieved and maintained, democratic institutions and values ​​developed, in fact, human rights and freedoms are ensured, and most importantly, their legal and social protection. The successes and achievements that we have today are directly dependent on the strength of our constitution.

In his speeches, the distinguished President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev emphasizes that the essence and significance of our independence connected with the growing consciousness of our people, the growth of our worldview and legal awareness. Our Constitution embodies the greatest ideals of humankind - equality, freedom, fraternity, interethnic friendship, stability in the country and the world. It is worth noting that 2019 - the year of active investment and social development, left a deep mark in the life of our people. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the legal basis for building a modern democratic state and civil society in the country, a guarantee of peace and tranquility in our country, strengthening the atmosphere of civil and interethnic harmony, uniting the country in the ranks of developed countries and further prosperity of the people.

Our Constitution is the legal and legislative basis for building an independent, sovereign democratic state, affirming the priority of private property in a multistructural market economy and providing guarantees for its protection, as well as the formation of a civil society in the country where human interests, rights and freedoms become the highest value. Today in Uzbekistan, in connection with the 27th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, a national and national holiday celebrated in the country; various festive events held in conjunction with this date.

Every year, student Olympiads held at the institute. Every year, 8-10 students win national Olympiads, 3 students and doctoral students receive state scholarships from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 7 - scholarships named after Beruniy, Navoi and Islam Karimov. The 2nd year student of the Master's program “Organization and Management of Water Management” of TIIAME Bunyod Khafizov and a student of the direction of education “Water Management and Land Reclamation” of the Bukhara branch of TIIAME Jamshid Shukurullaev received the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
