By the Resolution № 1037 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 26, 2019, the Republican Higher Education Council was established. The Council is determined to operate as a legal non-profit organization. Chairman of the Council Umurzakov Uktam Pardayevich introduced the participants of the event. He spoke about the objectives of this NGO. First of all, it is advisable to list the members of the council.
