Partnership between Uzbekistan and Belarus has reached a qualitatively new level
Industry development laws and orders are essential for their implementation. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-4410 of July 31, 2019 "On measures for the accelerated development of agricultural machinery, state support for the provision of the agricultural sector with agricultural machinery", the country is implementing consistent measures to develop the agricultural machinery production industry, increase the volume and expand the range export-oriented finished products, providing the population with domestically produced equipment. It is noteworthy that during the coronavirus pandemic, within the framework of humanitarian aid, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Uzbekistan handed over two tractors from Belarus to the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.
The MTZ-80 tractors are universal tractors manufactured by the Minsk Tractor Plant. The goal is to support students studying in higher educational institutions, to create conditions for practical training. During the events, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus Leonid Marynich and First Vice-Rector of TIIAME Mirzaev Bakhodir Suyunovich held a master class on driving a tractor. The continuation of such cooperation will play an important role in the development of the industry, in the integration of science, education, production.
