On the portal of discussion of normative-legal acts the draft document "On the use of Tashkent land resources, the organization of the institute of geodesy and state cadastres" was placed. The document was signed by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadastre, Ministry of Economy and Industry, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education on the field of geodesy, cartography, land management and state cadastre management. the proposal of Tashkent to use land resources, the Institute of Geodesy and State Cadastres can be approved by optimizing the educational directions prepared in educational institutions. It was noted that the institute will train specialists in the field of use and management of land resources, geodesy, cartography and relevant state cadastres, including training highly qualified scientific and pedagogical cadres, carrying out researches, retraining and qualification improvement is a basic higher education institution for development of scientific and educational-methodical materials in the directions. The main objectives of the Institute are: Providing high-quality training of highly qualified personnel at the national and international standards, deeply absorbing modern knowledge on the use and management of land resources, geodetic, cartography and state cadastres, its features, scientific and theoretical foundations; Geodesy and Cartography Training Laboratory, Curriculum and Science, Modern Manufacturing Processes, Modern High-Tech Automated and Advanced Technologies, Teaching Process and increasing the competitiveness of higher education graduates in the labor market through the provision of practical cooperation; the use of foreign experience in the use of land resources, geodetic, cartography and state cadastres, as well as the study of the scientific potential of the country, as well as the introduction of modern information technologies and distance learning in the learning process; development of international cooperation in professional education, pedagogical skills and scientific capacities of professors and teachers, organization of training and retraining of professors, teachers, scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of foreign scientific and research institutions;
Implementing the results of fundamental, applied and innovative researches in collaboration with interested organizations, ensuring the effective integration of science, education and production, as well as practical implementation of their results, practical and innovation research; Creation of an integrated system of training of specialists in the field, ensuring continuity and consistency of educational programs of professional colleges, organization of quality education in them; orientation of graduating staff on the specialty, systematic organization of monitoring of their professional activity; development of cooperation with the leading republican and foreign higher education institutions and research centers in the field of pedagogy for the purpose of the implementation of educational and scientific projects, the wide involvement of specialists in the process of education and research; to increase the scientific and pedagogical potential of the Institute through regular submission of prospective graduates for master's and doctoral studies of foreign higher education institutions and research centers; training and retraining of specialists in the field of use and management of land resources of the republic, specialists in the field of geodesy, cartography and state cadastres as well as Agroinspecialists under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The following may be specified: From 2020/2021 academic year, the number of admission to the Institute for bachelor's degree programs and specialties of magistracy is determined based on the quotas for admission to higher educational institutions of the republic, which are approved annually; At the expense of the Fund for Land Relations and State Geographical Data Bank of Davergeodezkadastr Committee, it is supposed to add up to fifty percent of the base salary for all staff of the Institute for their contribution to the quality of education and the development of the Institute. At the institute there is a form of correspondence education. The State Agency for Land Reclamation annually proposes to submit to the State Commission for admission to the educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of July 1, based on the needs assessment of the Client's needs based on the form of admission quota forms for correspondence forms 'he says. Thus, admission quota for correspondence forms is set at the rate of up to 30% of the acceptance quotas for the Bachelor's Degree course in the 2019/2020 academic year.
